Choose the Protection Your Property Needs
Vantix’s pest control pricing Roseville CA homeowners trust is built around three straightforward plans: Bimonthly, Quarterly, and standalone Mosquito Control. Whether you’re dealing with ants, spiders, rodents, or seasonal mosquitoes, we’ve priced each plan so you know exactly what you’re paying for — no hidden fees, no surprise upsells.

Pricing Questions, Answered
What's the difference between Bimonthly and Quarterly service?
Bimonthly service includes six treatments a year, with visits every other month, and is the plan most homeowners choose for consistent, year-round protection. Quarterly service includes four treatments a year, spaced every three months, with a more thorough treatment at each visit to address any buildup between the longer gaps. Both plans include the same core coverage — the main difference is visit frequency and how much ground we cover per visit.
Is there a contract or commitment required?
Yes — a written service agreement, which California requires. It runs 12 months and locks in your pricing, but it doesn’t auto-renew, and you’re never locked in beyond that: you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice, with no early-termination fee and nothing clawed back. We’ll send your agreement and quote to your inbox before your first visit, so you know exactly what to expect before we ever show up.
What's included in the initial treatment?
Every plan starts with a free initial inspection, so we can assess your property’s specific pest pressure before treatment begins. From there, we treat the full exterior perimeter of your home, address any active pest activity, and set a baseline for ongoing protection. Interior treatment is available by request — just let us know when scheduling so you can plan to be home.
Do you offer mosquito control as a standalone service?
Yes. Mosquito Control is available as a standalone seasonal service, running April through October, or as an add-on to your Bimonthly or Quarterly plan. It’s a good fit if mosquitoes are your primary concern, or if you want extra protection during the warmer months without committing to full-service pest control
What if pests come back between scheduled visits?
If covered pests return between your regularly scheduled treatments, we’ll come back and re-treat at no additional charge. As standard practice, we space re-treatments about 14 days apart — pesticide labels caution that reapplying too soon doesn’t improve results and can actually work against long-term control. So if you see activity again right after a visit, give it a little time before calling us back; if it’s still active in about two weeks, we’ll be out.
How do I know which plan is right for my property?
It comes down to how much pest pressure your property has and how often you want us out there.
Bimonthly keeps a fresh barrier in place year-round with a visit every other month. Because we’re back sooner, pest pressure has less time to rebuild between services — which is why it’s our lower monthly rate.
Quarterly puts more time between visits, so more can build up before we return. Each service covers a longer stretch and takes more product and labor to bring things back in line, and the monthly rate reflects that.
Not sure which fits? Our free initial inspection lets us recommend a plan based on what we actually find at your property — not a guess.
Is treatment safe around my kids and pets?
Label directions include a re-entry window after application, which we cover below in “How long until I can go outside after treatment?
How are payments handled?
Payments are processed automatically after each completed service using the card or bank account on file, so there’s nothing to remember or invoice manually. You’ll get a receipt by email after every visit.
How long until I can go outside after treatment?
For exterior treatments, we ask that people and pets stay off treated surfaces until the product has fully dried. That’s typically 30 minutes to a few hours depending on the product, the temperature, and how much sun and airflow the area gets — a shaded side yard on a cool morning takes longer than an open patio in July.
A few practical notes:
- Bring pet bowls, kids’ toys, and anything else you’d rather not have treated inside or under cover before we arrive.
- Hold off on watering or mowing treated areas for the rest of the day so the application isn’t washed away or disturbed.
- If we treat interior areas, we’ll give you a specific re-entry time for those rooms before we leave.
We’ll always tell you the exact wait time for your treatment before we go, and it’s on your service record. If you’re ever unsure, call or text and we’ll walk you through it.
Do I need to be home for service?
No — most treatments are exterior-only, so you don’t need to be home. If you’d like interior service as well, we’ll coordinate a time that works for you so we can access the inside of your home.
